Scheduling and Operating Policies

 

Cancellation Policy
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. On rare occasion, cancelling within that 24 hours can be evaluated as acceptable without a fee, however, this is solely on a case by case discretion. Otherwise, always assume the fee needs to be paid.

 

Travelling

While traveling to you, communication is mostly via phone either text or phone call. On location, If anything is a physical hinderance such as: trucks in the drive that prevent parking, obstacles such as codes to doors or entry into guarded buildings, entry into elevators, parking garage fees and entry information, these must be explained FULLY UPON BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. If the circumstances surrounding the ease of travel appointment become too great, service may be refused. Please communicate. Thank you!

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets, or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, it will then be determined if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

 

Since travel is required for most appointments, if client is late to begin session, any length of minutes, those minutes will be deducted from the length of session. For example: if an appointment begins at 3, if client is on the phone from 3-315, those 15 minutes are already spent. Unless under very special circumstances, the length of a service is not extended if client is late to start, yet the client will be charged the full fee. Extra time is not booked on the spot unless under unique circumstances. There are several reasons for this. If one treatment is expected, then the necessary prep is for one treatment. That is in consideration of the required energy, time, focus, and materials.

 

FEES

Rates are $60.00 per  hour under most circumstances. The rate is $80.00 per hour if the travel time exceeds 30 minutes *one way or if the circumstances surrounding the particular care for the client has altered: example being if the client has sustained an injury that involves a particular additional manner of care and treatment. These items are under the discretion the acting practitioner. Fees at this time DO NOT EXCEED $80.00 per hour on call in-call appointment. Payment is due upon services rendered. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, and "cash app".

 

HOURS

Work potential is any and all hours of the week. Please contact regarding this. Evaluations are case by case, however, the intention is to take every appointment possible.
